Big Repair Job

This is a picture of the damage in the front fender, and also the repairs on it.


In this picture you can see that we have used what are called paintless dent repair picks to push the metal for paint. This is the best way for me to train our new tech for pdr. As you can see he is doing well.





You can see in the following picture that we used a skim coat of filler, possibly 1/16 inch or less in the deepest part.








These parts were made in the usa!







We took it for it's allignment yesterday, and today it is back in the shop. The bedside is on it before it went for allignment, forgot to take that picture. I'll get more on here today.
